Summer Middle School League
The Mound Westonka Lacrosse Association in cooperation with Westonka
Community Education
Announcing a summer league for 7th and 8th grade
girls!
This league is for girls currently in 7th or 8th
grade (2011-2012 school year)
6th graders may participate if the coaching staff
agrees they can compete safely
New and experienced players are welcome
The league runs
from the first week in June to the end of July
The team will play 8 games throughout the season with
practices 1-2 days a week
Games and practices will be held Monday - Thursday
There are no buses for away games, players are
responsible for their own transportation
All home games and practices will be
held at Mound Westonka High School
Players must be members of US lacrosse, there will be
sign up information at the preseason meeting
Players must provide their own approved eye
protection, stick and mouth guard
Goalie equipment, jerseys and balls will be provided
by the Westonka Lacrosse Association
John Legeros, the head girl's lacrosse coach at Mound
Westonka will be leading the coaching staff
